How can we help?

Everything is digital. After payment you land on your private order page, and we email you its link. The texts appear there as they are written; then you read them on the page and download the PDF.

Usually a few minutes after your payment is confirmed. If a text needs another attempt it can take longer: we email you and keep working on it. If we can’t deliver, we refund you.

Open the link in your order email, or go to My orders and sign in with your email address: we send you a one-time sign-in link, and you see all your orders. My orders →

Not at the moment: we don’t print or post anything. You may print your PDF yourself, for you, for the people it is about, or as a gift.

Yes. Without a birth time we leave out the houses and the Rising sign, and the text says so clearly. If the Moon changed sign that day, we tell you its sign is uncertain.

Email [email protected] with your order number and the correct date, time or place of birth, or the right spelling of the name. We create the product again with the corrected details, once per order, free of charge. Refunds & Cancellations →

Choose “A gift” when you order. You pay and get a private gift link to pass on; they open it, enter their own birth details, and it is written for them. Send a gift link →

We use birth details only to make what you ordered, and we never sell personal data. For a copy of your data, a correction or deletion, email [email protected] from the address you ordered with. Privacy Policy →

Natal chart books for one person, a couple, a baby or a family; chart posters as print-ready files; forecasts for one month or the year ahead; love and work readings; and compatibility reports. The price is shown before you pay. See examples →

Planet positions, houses and angles are calculated in-house for your exact birth time and place, and checked against Swiss Ephemeris. The texts are written from those positions, not from a sun-sign horoscope.

The texts are written for each order with the help of an AI language model, working from your calculated chart. The chart itself is calculated by our own software.

English, Spanish, Portuguese, French, German, Italian, Polish, Turkish, Japanese, Simplified Chinese and Ukrainian. You choose the language of the text when you order, whatever language you browse in.

Yes: the natal chart itself is free, with no card and no account. Enter a birth date and city on the home page to see the planets, houses and aspects. Free natal chart →

The one you choose at checkout. We set a price list for each currency rather than converting live, so the price at checkout is the price you pay. Crypto payments are always charged in US dollars.

Write to [email protected]. We either complete the order or refund what you sent, minus the network fee.

No. Each order is one payment, and nothing renews.

Before we start creating your product, yes, in full. We start as soon as your payment is confirmed, so once we have started you can’t cancel just because you changed your mind: you agreed to this at checkout. Refunds & Cancellations →

If a file won’t open, is incomplete, isn’t what you ordered or has a mistake on our side, tell us. We fix it or send a corrected file; if we can’t, we refund you. Refunds & Cancellations →

If the recipient hasn’t used it within 60 days of purchase, email us and we refund the full amount.

Email [email protected] from the address you used for the order, with your order number and a few words about what went wrong. We reply within two working days, and an agreed refund goes back to your payment method within 14 days. Crypto is refunded in the same coin, minus the network fee.
