Can I switch plans?
Yes, in your account. Moving up starts at once and we charge only the difference for the rest of the period. Moving down takes effect at your next renewal; until then you keep everything you have.
How do I cancel?
In your account, any time. You keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for. In the EU you can also withdraw within 14 days of starting.
Why do you ask for my birth details?
The daily forecast is read from your chart and the matrix from your date of birth. They stay private: payment providers never see them.
Is any of this a prediction?
No. Astrology, the matrix and tarot are symbolic systems for reflection. We never tell you what will happen, or anything about health, money or legal matters.
Who writes the texts?
Positions and numbers are calculated by our own software. The texts are written with AI from those results.
