lunonis.com is run by Lunonis LLC, a limited liability company registered in Delaware, USA. “We” and “us” mean Lunonis LLC; “you” means the person placing the order.

2. What we sell
We sell personalised digital products, made from the birth details you give us:
- natal chart books for one person, a couple, a baby or a family, as PDF files;
- chart posters, as print-ready digital files;
- forecasts for a month or a year, and readings on love or work;
- compatibility reports.
Everything is delivered digitally. We don’t sell physical goods, so nothing is printed or shipped by us. There are no subscriptions: each order is one payment.
Chart positions are calculated by our own software. The texts are written for each order with the help of an AI language model, working from the calculated chart.
3. Your order and the contract
Before you pay, you tick a box to accept these terms and our Privacy Policy, and to ask us to start creating your product right away. The contract between us starts when your payment is confirmed.
We email you when you start a checkout and when your payment is confirmed. If we can’t accept an order, we tell you and refund anything you paid.
4. Prices and currencies
The price is shown at checkout, before you pay, in the currency you choose. You can pay in US dollars, euros, Japanese yen, British pounds, Chinese yuan, Australian dollars, Canadian dollars, Swiss francs, Hong Kong dollars, Singapore dollars or Ukrainian hryvnias, and in some countries also in the local currency (Polish złoty, Brazilian reais or Turkish lira).
We set a price list for each currency; it is not a live conversion. The price at checkout is the price you pay. If any tax applies, it is shown at checkout. Your bank may charge its own fees for payments in a foreign currency.
Crypto payments are always charged in US dollars.
5. Payment
Card payments, Apple Pay and Google Pay are processed by Stripe, in a secure form on our pay page. Crypto payments (USDT, USDC, BTC, ETH) are processed by Heleket. We never see or store your full card number.
A crypto invoice is for a fixed amount and is valid for a limited time. If too little arrives, or a payment arrives after the invoice has expired, contact us: we either complete the order or refund what you sent, minus the network fee.
6. Delivery
We start creating your product as soon as your payment is confirmed. It is usually ready within minutes. You read it on your private order page and download it there as a file; we email you the link to that page. You can also sign in with your email address to see all your orders.
If it takes longer — for example, if a text needs another attempt — we email you and keep working on it. If we can’t deliver, we refund you.
Keep your order link private: anyone who has it can open your order.
7. Gift orders
You can buy any product as a gift. You pay, and we give you a gift link to pass on. The recipient opens it and enters their own birth details; we then create the product for them.
If the gift link hasn’t been used within 60 days of purchase, you can ask us for a full refund. Once the recipient has entered their details, the usual rules in Refunds & Cancellations apply.
8. Discount and referral codes
A code takes a percentage off and is applied at checkout, one code per order. Each code has its own conditions, such as an expiry date or a single use, shown where you get it. Codes have no cash value.
Referral: once you have a paid order, you get a personal code to share. A friend who is a new customer gets 15% off their order with it, and when their order is paid, you get a 15% code too. You can’t use your own referral code. We may cancel codes that are misused, for example through fake orders.
9. Astrology is for reflection
Our books, posters, forecasts, readings and reports are based on astrology, a symbolic tradition. They are for reflection and entertainment. They are not statements of fact and not medical, psychological, financial, legal or other professional advice, nor advice on life decisions. Please don’t rely on them for important decisions; for those, talk to a qualified professional.
We calculate charts with care, but the result depends on the details you give us: an unknown or inexact birth time changes the Rising sign and the houses.
10. Intellectual property and personal use
We own the rights in our texts, designs and software. When you buy a product, you may read, download, print and share it privately: for yourself, with the people it is about, or as a gift. You may not resell it, publish it or use it commercially without our written permission.
11. Our responsibility
If something we deliver is faulty or not as described, you have the rights described in Refunds & Cancellations and under consumer law.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or unforeseeable losses, or for decisions you make based on our content, and our total liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your mandatory rights as a consumer.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA.
If you are a consumer living in the European Union, the United Kingdom or another country with mandatory consumer protection laws, you keep the protection of those laws, and you may bring a claim in the courts where you live.

13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version you accepted at checkout applies to your order. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed.
