March 13 in profile
Twenty-two degrees of Pisces has the depth of experience and a growing sense that the cycle is nearly done. Scorpio, the sub-sign, brings intensity, and Mars as sub-ruler adds drive to a sign that often prefers to drift. Traditional astrology associates Markab, in the wing of Pegasus, with ambition and a restless wish to rise. A March 13 Pisces may dream more boldly than their neighbours in the calendar and feel the pull of a bigger stage.
They make a striking first impression without trying. A steady gaze, a low voice and long pauses give them a slightly mysterious air, and people often remember meeting them more clearly than they remember the conversation. They watch before speaking. In interviews this reads as calm confidence. In social settings it can read as aloofness, until they make a dry joke and the room relaxes.
Creativity is where the Mars-ruled decan really shows. They throw themselves into music, photography, writing or dance with real stamina, revising the same piece for months. Play is serious to them and often a little dark: horror films, strategy games, ghost stories told with the lights off. They may hide finished work out of perfectionism. Sharing one thing a season, even with a single listener, keeps the art alive.

Compatible signs for a Pisces
Sun-sign compatibility starts from the element. Pisces gets on most easily with its own element and with the two sextile signs, and feels the strongest pull from its opposite. For a March 13 birthday, in the Scorpio decan, Scorpio is a natural match. The full charts decide how a real pairing feels.
A gift for a March 13 birthday
A night-time experience: a guided ghost walk, a stargazing session away from city lights or a late screening of a classic film in an old cinema.
