December 25 in profile
The first degrees of Capricorn are emphatic and unpolished. Saturn rules the sign and, through the Capricorn sub-sign, the decan as well, so restraint and endurance come before comfort. At 3° there is little softening yet. The cardinal mode wants to start things, the earth element wants them to last. A December 25 Capricorn tends to measure a day by what got done and to judge themselves more strictly than anyone else would.
Under stress they go quiet and get organised. Spreadsheets appear, the inbox is cleared, the next six steps are written down. Feelings are put aside until the job is finished, which works until it does not. They rarely complain in public, and colleagues may not notice the strain until a sharp, short reply gives it away. Late nights at the desk become the default until someone they respect suggests going home.
Work is where they shine. They arrive early, keep promises, understand hierarchy and climb it patiently. Managers trust them with the difficult client and the long project. The weakness is overcommitting to prove reliability. They rarely miss a day, even when they should. A weekly review of what can be delegated or dropped protects the steady Saturn stamina for the work that matters most.
Capricorn all day
In every year from 1930 to 2040 the Sun was in Capricorn for the whole of December 25, in every time zone. This is not a cusp birthday: the nearest changes of sign fall around December 22 and January 19.

Compatible signs for a Capricorn
Sun-sign compatibility starts from the element. Capricorn gets on most easily with its own element and with the two sextile signs, and feels the strongest pull from its opposite. The full charts decide how a real pairing feels.

A well-made leather work bag or a solid desk organiser, practical and handsome, the sort of tool that still looks good in ten years.
